Gargi College Scholarships 2024

• Gargi College offers affordable fees and provides financial support to students in need. 
• The college has a special "Student Welfare Fund" to help students whose parents earn less than ₹2 lakh annually. 
• Students have to submit a Gargi College Scholarship form to register themselves for the Student Welfare Fund.
• Along with this, some valid documents like income proof or salary certificate are also needed. Apart from this, there are a few other scholarships as well that offer concessions to financially weak students like

1. The RP Cricket Academy Scholarship - 2 scholarships worth Rs 6,000 each are given to sports students at Gargi College as part of this.
2. Suhodh Chandra Amiya Bannerjee Scholarship - For students who are extremely weak financially and whose family monthly income does not exceed Rs 500 are part of this concession.
3. SK Sood Memorial Scholarship: 2 sportswomen are awarded this scholarship worth Rs 6000 every year.

Shri Sultan Chand Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to the students who have the highest aggregate score in the first, second and third year of B.Com (Hons).

Dr Usha Aggarwal 'Tejaswita' Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to the students who achieve the highest aggregate score in the first, second year and third year in B.Com prog.

There is another scholarship, Yashada Charitable Trust Scholarship for special students,  that is awarded to the student who does not let her physical challenges stop her from pursuing her higher studies. 

Along with these academic scholarships, the college also provides students who get admission through the sports quota. There are two scholarships that are available for the students. S. K. Sood memorial scholarship for two sportswomen and R.P. Cricket Academy Scholarship for two sportswomen. Students need to be outstanding sportswomen in their games to be eligible for the scholarship programme.
