Sri Venkateswara College Hostel For Male

Fee: ₹16,000

Hostel fees are payable in four installments. The first installment includes the full annual fee of ₹16,000 and the first-quarter fee of ₹18,450 (covering July to September), along with updated mess charges, to be paid during admission or re-admission.

2nd Installment: 2nd Quarter fee for three months (October to December) of Rs. 18,450/- + revised mess charges will be paid in October.

3rd Installment: 3rd Quarter fee for three months (January to March) of Rs. 18,450/- + revised mess charges will be paid in January.

4th Installment: 4th Quarter fee for two months (April & May) of Rs. 12,300/- + revised mess charges will be paid in April.

Sri Venkateswara College Hostel For Female

Fee: ₹16,000

Hostel fees will be paid in 4 Installments 1st Installment: Entire Annual fee of Rs. 16,000/- and the 1st Quarter Fee of three months (July to September) of Rs. 18,450/- + revised mess charges will be paid at the time of admission or readmission.

2nd Installment: 2nd Quarter fee for three months (October to December) of Rs. 18,450/- + revised mess charges will be paid in October.

SCHOLARSHIP AND PROMOTION POLICY
For Session- 2024-2025

The below mentioned Scholarship Policy shall be adopted for Academic Session 2024-2025.

1. Scholarship for Meritorious Students

• Equal or more than 95% marks in the qualifying examination (as per eligibility criteria for getting admission in any course), he/she will be given 100% scholarship for the first year or two semesters. (only examination fee shall be applicable).
• Equal or more than 85 % marks but less than 95 % i.e (85% ≥ obtained marks < 95%) marks in the qualifying examination (as per eligibility criteria for getting admission in any course) will be eligible to get 25 % scholarship on the total course fee of first year of the course period.
• Equal or more than 75 % marks but less than 85% i.e (75%≥obtained marks < 85%) in the qualifying examination (as per criteria for getting admission in any course) shall be given 15% scholarship on the 1st year course fee.
• Students who have secured equal or more than 60 % marks but less than 75% i.e (60%≥obtained marks < 75%) in the qualifying examination (as per criteria for getting admission in any course) shall be given 10% scholarship on the first-year course fee.

2. Sports Based Scholarship

• Those students who have represented India at the International level for any game can avail 100% scholarship (except examination fee) during the entire course period.
• Students who have represented India at the National level for any game will be eligible to get 25% scholarship on the total course fee of each year during the entire course period. Whereas examination fee shall be applicable as case may be.
  • Those students who have competed at State Level for any game shall be eligible to get 15% scholarship on the total course fee of each year during the entire course period.
  • Students, competed at zonal level in various sports and winning the prize, would be entitled to get 10% scholarship on the total course fee of each year during the entire course period.

Note - Valid certificate or documents shall be examined by the admission committee for above mentioned fee discount.

3. Scholarship for Defence Personnel Ward

• Family members who are dependent of (son, daughter, wife, brother, and sister) of Defence Personnel would be entitled to get 10% scholarship on the total course fee of each year during the entire course period.

4. Scholarship for Girls Students

• Girls who want to pursue their respective courses can avail of 10% scholarship on the total course fee of each year during the entire course period.

5. Scholarship for Differently Abled Students

• Students who are differently able or physically challenged having more than 45% disability are eligible for 10% scholarship on the total course fee of each year during the entire course period.

Note - Certificate for concerned CMO would be veiled in this regard.
