Students who passed the NEET exam can access admission to Ayush colleges within Andhra Pradesh through the Andhra Pradesh Ayush NEET Counselling 2024 process. A total of 85% of seats belongs to students participating in state quota admission and AIQ controls the other 15%. Deveshwara University of Health Sciences is responsible for executing the counselling procedures. Students seeking admission in the Ayush courses BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS need to present their NEET test results. 

A valid NEET rank serves as the requirement for candidates to take part in the counselling process. To enroll at Ayurvedic or Homeopathic or Naturopathic institutions in Andhra Pradesh both public and private students need their NEET-UG rank card. Andhra pradesh Ayush Neet Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria Requirement
Nationality Indian Citizen
Domicile Candidate should possess the Domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh.
Age Limit

The candidate must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year.

There is no maximum age limit for admission.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as mandatory subjects.

NEET Score

Applicants must have a valid NEET score, meeting the minimum cutoff set by the authorities.

They must achieve the required qualifying percentile in NEET. A NEET scorecard is essential for counseling and admission.

Category Relaxation and reservation policies are applicable for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates. A valid category certificate must be submitted during document verification.
Health and Fitness

Applicants must fulfill the minimum medical requirements set by the authorities and provide a medical fitness certificate during admission.

 

Andhra Pradesh Ayush Counselling Registration-State Quota

Step 1: Students should access the Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counseling portal through its official website at (http://drysruhs.edu.in/).
Step 2: You must complete the online process to receive your personal registration ID together with your password.
Step 3: You need to visit the designated verification center within your scheduled appointment to have your authentic documents evaluated.
Step 4: Access the official website to confirm that your name is present on the merit list.
Step 5: Eager users should enter their registration ID together with password in the Portal to enter the counseling platform.
Step 6: Select unpopular with your priority choices from the available AYUSH colleges and courses.
Step 7: Once authorities finish their evaluation they will distribute seats based on merit and choice while checking available slots.
Step 8: Log in to the website to check your seat alloted status.

Andhra Pradesh Ayush Counselling Process

Step 1: Online Registration

        ● Go to the Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counseling website (http://drysruhs.edu.in/)
        ● You should fill in your personal information and establish both a registration ID and password.
        ● Enter necessary information then the system will produce login authentication.

Step 2: Document Verification

        ● Visit the designated verification center as per the schedule.
        ● Carry original documents for verification, including educational certificates, NEET scorecard, category certificates (if applicable), and ID proof.

Step 3: Merit List publication

        ● The authorities will release a merit list based on NEET scores.
        ● Candidates must check their names on the official website.

Step 4: Choice Filling and Locking

        ● Log in to the counseling portal using your credentials.
        ● Select and prioritize AYUSH colleges and courses as per your preference.
        ● Lock your choices before the deadline.

Step 5: Seat Allotment

        ● The seat allotment will be conducted based on merit, choices filled, and seat availability.
        ● The result will be published on the official website.

Step 6: Seat confirmation & Reporting

        ● If allotted a seat, download the allotment letter.
        ● Report to the assigned college within the given time frame.
        ● Complete the admission formalities and submit the required documents.

Step 7: Further Round (If possible)

  • ​​​​​​ If not allotted a seat, candidates can participate in subsequent rounds of counselling.
  •  Follow the same process for further rounds if needed.

Document Submission:

Undergo documentation confirmation at the center that has been recommended for the process.

Also, don’t forget to bring NEET score card, mark sheets, certificates and any photo identity proof.

Take your original documents to be verified and get the verification slip.

Choice Filling: After registration, candidate are required to select course preferences BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, etc, and colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

Go online to the counseling portal with your registration ID and the password.

Select your favorites colleges and courses of AYUSH in order of your preference.

Seat Allotment:

Merit-Based Allotment: According to the preferences given by the candidates, NEET ranks, and reservation category, seat will be alloted.

Result Declaration: Applicants will be notified of their allotment through the official site.
